using shortcodes inside wpfloat

Hi, thanks for this plugin!
I need to include a subscribe form from another plugin inside wp float using a shortcode. But it doesn’t work.Is there a way to make that work?
(I’m not using the shortcode to place wp float)Many thanks in advance!
