Can′t create a download package

Hello,
after trying a few times, I have to say I can′t create them.
In the right upper corner it shows me the red “saving …” status and then it turns into a green square like this https://bit.ly/1434yWW
Nothing happens anymore and I even can′t find the new package in the managing screen.Any ideas? BTW, uploading works fine …
