Hacked? Cannot access WP- Admin

I haven’t accessed the internet in a couple weeks. When I got back I got an email saying I was locked out from WordPress due to too many login attempts. Then I also had an email with an entire list of changed files. First thing I did was check and see if my website is running, which it is. Then I tried to do the https://www.NiaSweetz.com/wp-admin and it says page not found. I tried looking up a solution online but everything is in terms I completely cannot understand. Changing files, codes, etc. I’m lost. The only thing I was able to follow was clear browser cache. I really need to access my website and have no idea how to go about this.
