building on what your theme already has as code in the <title> tag in header.php (?) try to add the output of the page title in addition (?) to the post title;

for an example of a more complex meta title tag code, see for instance header.php of Twenty Eleven.

@gamejump alchymyth’s advice (as is always the case) is really right on target and working with your theme’s PHP code is the way to make those modifications.

We’re all hampered by not having access to your theme as generally the only themes that are supported here are ones from the list here.
