Re-change post URL to new title automatically

If you type in a title for a new post in WordPress quickly, it automatically transforms that URL into the title of the post.

But wait too long — and a number occupies the URL instead. Or put in one title, and then change it, and the old URL, based on the old title, stays.

Of course you can manually change the URL, but this is a pain for longer titles. Can you please implement a way to press a button and automatically have the perma-link change to the new title? If this happened after the post had been published, there could be a warning suggesting that this change would break links to the post from the outside.
