Multisite Support?!

In the plugin-desription it says “Multisite Support”, but I couldn’t find a possibility to put all Network Sites to maintenance-mode or at least copy the settings from one blog to another when I “Network Activate” the plugin.
So is there a real multisite support or is it possible to add some features like this? ??https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/ultimate-coming-soon-page/
