Nothing happens when I press Import Button

    Hi,

    I’ve mapped the fields OK. I then go to the “Import” tab, click “Choose File”, browse to my CSV file, click “Load”… and nothing happens, the label next to the “Choose File” button returns to “No File Chosen”.

    I’ve tried using the sample CSV file included in the plugin. I’ve tried adding the manage_stock field.

    Any suggestions, any ways of turning on any debugging or logging?

  • Check your products section. This happened for me too, but products still appeared – only about 10 each time I uploaded though.

    Please change “How many rows to process in one call” setting to 1 and see if it runs. It could well be that you have a timeout when you process 100 rows with big images.

    I experienced the same problem. I have a CSV file with one column, ten items in that column, with the top item being the title, “category”. When I import it, the “choose file” field goes blank and nothing shows up on the category list.

    Tried setting to 1. No difference. I dont think its a timeout issue – the server regenerates the page a less than a second after clicking the Load button.

    Happy to temporarily grant you access to the site if that helps?

    what browser are you using? I use chrome!

    Im using Chrome too (Version 27.0.1453.110). I’ll try a different browser next

    Just tried FireFox. Doesnt work.

    Did you make any changes to the two csv files I sent you?

    Bythes: can you share what Allaerd Mensonides showed you? I’m stumped and my client is getting frustrated… ??
