Adding Image to HomePage of WEbsite..

Hello. I would like to add this code: <img src=”https://i253.photobucket.com/albums/hh44/dsblake77/damnbuttonwithbubble-1.jpg” border=”0″ alt=” photo damnbuttonwithbubble-1.jpg”/>
to my homepage here: https://www.damnbuttons.com…. I removed something called “slider” and forgot to insert the code to replace. I can’t figure out where to insert the code above.. I tried to add to the header section but it was showing on all pages and I only want on homepage..
