    Hi all,

I have a multisite setup with two sites. I haven’t done anything with them yet other than install the Active Directory Integration plugin on the Network Admin site.

The plugin settings are available when I go to the dashboard of both sites. I’ve been into one and entered all the settings and done a test using my AD login details.
The test usually works, sometimes not, but even when it authenticates I get:

[ERROR] This user exists in Active Directory, but has not been granted access to this installation of WordPress.

If I go to the front end of the site and try to log in I get invalid user.

My understanding was it would create a new WordPress account using the authenticated AD details?

I’ve checked the netowrk settings in Network Admin and under ‘allow registrations’ it says “User accounts may be registered.”

    Where am I going wrong?
