CharBoot Media Button Not Working

I just installed ChartBoot, but when I click on the Media Button it will not open the dialogue box. I can right click and open the dialogue box ina new tab, but then nothing appears when I click ‘import data.’ FYI, I am on version 3.0.1, might this be causing the problem?
