I am getting similar problem started today:

You can downgrade your wordpress-seo plugin. I used WordPress v3.5.1 and wordpess-seo v1.4.7 . When i update this plugin, i got the same problem u got.

If you are using WP v3.5.1, then i’ll strongly recommend you to use WordPress-SEO v1.4.7 with it.

Download your optional version from WordPress.

And it is wise to keep backup your whole wordpress site and databases.

I’ll send a pull request to Yoast with the solution, hopefully it’ll make it into a next version of the plugin. In the mean time, you can solve it by changing line 1690 in file /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/admin/class-metabox.php to:

if ( !preg_match('%\b'.$job['keyword'].'\b%', $firstp) && !preg_match('%\b'.$job['keyword_folded'].'\b%', $firstp) ) {
