    Hi again Ben.

I noticed something weird happening when I submit duplicate entries to Highrise.

If I use the “Email – Work” field, then duplicate entries behave as I expect, and are not duplicated in Highrise.

If I use one of the other email fields, new entries are created in Highrise each time.

The Highrise folks tell me that any email field should be recognized as a duplicate, any idea where or how this might be happening?

Not sure if it’s related to the Plugin, or the API.

    thanks
    -Tom

    Hi Tom,

I had not updated the duplicate checking after adding all the new fields, so it was only checked against the work email. My apologies for the oversight.

I have added the extra checks, so now the plugin will check against the work, other and home email to determine a duplicate. The new version should be ready via automatic upgrades.

    Great Ben.

Thanks allot. I don’t see it as an automatic update yet, but I will try later today.

    Hi Ben.

The latest version now shows, but there is no upgrade button, and the Details link leads to this message, not sure if it’s your server or github or wherever.

    Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Does that error show on every page now, or just once when the plugin was upgraded?

If that was generated from only clicking on the details link, then there shouldn’t be anything wrong with the plugin, and instead it should be something going on with your server.

There isn’t an upgrade button, but rather update from the WP Plugins page. Apologies for any confusion.

My fault for not explaining it very well.

I realize I could download the update and re install, but I thought it would be helpful to try and update the plugin in place.

On my Plugins page, it does not show that an update is available, although I know it’s available here in the www.ads-software.com Plugin Directory : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/gravity-forms-highrise-crm/changelog/

When I search for Gravity Forms Highrise CMS from the ‘Install Plugins’ page within my site I can see version 2.0.1 listed, but something here is broken.

There is a ‘Detais’ link that should open a popup with the details of the plugin, this is the error I mention above.

There should also be a label showing ‘Installed’ or ‘Update Now’, neither is there.

I’m not sure if the problem is in my site, or something wrong with the directory listing in the www.ads-software.com plugin directory.

I am able to view the Details of other plugins.

I thought you should know in case others cant update.

    Hi Tom,

Thanks for the clarification, I’ve got it fixed now. 2.0.2 should display the details page appropriately.

There was some code that was specific to displaying the details page that had the error. It’s been removed now, so the details should work fine as well as the plugin.

    ben
