Can't run on back-up

Hello, my free host went down (HDD blown), I decided to pay for hosting I had backup from files and database, I’m trying to install the backup and the website keeps like loading, I though my self to do a wp-activate.php and the redirect points to my domain website which is offlie, where can I fix this it seems it is trying to connect to the website old server and not my local host.
