User not receiving user User name and password for multisite

question 1.
I deployed multisite using and creating new sites working fine but
user login credentials not receiving mails if user registered front end

example:
Username: test2
Password: CpOWGEb9iSFJ
https://domain.com/wp-login.php

Question2:
how to achieve to show https://domain.com/wp-singup.php in home page
