pull request, small changes

i have made some changes to the plugin to make it better and i was wondering what everybody (and especially the author) thinks about it. its hosted on github.
Its still work in progress, i want to add an option that the added things are optional. Any ideas/suggestions/thoughts?https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/iq-block-country/
