Exclude Pages from Navigation plugin

I am redoing my site. I am using the Techozoic theme. I have the “Exclude Pages from Navigation” plugin. One would think that the when you include a page by not checking the box the page names would show up in order, but they don’t. There doesn’t seem to be any rhythm or reason to the order the page titles are placed in. Is there a way to reorganize the page names after they have been placed???
