URGENT cannot add procust or images to wpstorecart

We made no changes to anything but when you got to add new products it says it is adding them but then they do not appear – it just add a defsult new product but it will not add any information your add into the product, and the option to add images is greyed out?! it was working fine before

“1 – The delivery is confusing as in the help section it shows 4 delivery options including a fixed price one but when you look at actual settings screen it doesn’t?
2 – How do you add different colour items of the same product?
3 – How can we enable the user to add more than one line of text on the customise t shirt pages?” I have tried for the last two weeks to contact Jeff the creator of the plugin – really thinking of jumping ship and going elsewhere – I was prepared to purchase add ons but if these bugs continue I will have no choice but to look elsewhere, which is a shame!
