Admin Dashboard>Settings>General>Membership>Anyone can register check box>uncheck>save.

Then delete the users.
Edit: and any posts and any comments they made.

No, not using any such utility. Other than some other means of checking. I’ll check this tool out

I know I’m having an issue getting the 3.5.2 update for ALL of my sites automatically. Probably going to have to do them manually..but I have 4 sites :-\

Just ran that scan and only issue reported is the out-of-date WP version: 3.5.1
