Page with Table Is All Rearranged Wrong

The page is at https://www.marlissmelton.com/dev/missions/. I’ve been fiddling with it for hours. It looks ok in the visual in WP edit screen.

First it broke the Graphene theme and caused the sidebar and footer to come before the table. Now the table shows but text that is supposed to be below the input form in the table is above it and the rest of the text isn’t showing at all.

Can someone who knows more than me (which is usually just about anyone) tell me how to fix this or point me in the right direction?
