  • Did you enable reviews on at least one post or page?

If you went through those setup steps and you’re not seeing any buttons, then it’s possibly a conflict with another plugin or your theme (conflicting styles are unfortunately rather common with this one). Try disabling all other plugins and switch to TwentyEleven to see if it works. If it does, then reactivate plugins one by one to see where the conflict lies.

    Wrong Google account

I originally setup my wordpress site with me personal Google account, I since started an account in the name of my website and want the share buttons to post to my new account. I have tried everything I can find in Help forums to get it to show my new Google account, I even uninstalled Google analytic and removed any traces of my old Google account but when I hit the share button it keeps coming up with the old account. Where is it getting this information from it must be embedded in the code somewhere.

You need to create a page which will display the reviews. When you create the page, you will see options to enable WP Customer Reviews for that page. If you do that, you’ll then be able to visit the page and submit reviews to it.
