How to display a post on a page

Hi, I’m redoing my site.

Unfortunately I know nothing about coding websites.
I want to have a page that functions as a blog, where i can display posts.
How would I go about doing that?

I have a page set up to act as my blog page and a couple of posts.
If its of any relevance, I created a child theme and am using that as a jumping off point.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
