Main & Parents Categories problem

I have lot of problem to install the plugin
We need to working like this:
Category 1
– Parent Categorie 1
Category 2
– Parent Categorie 2
Category 3
– Parent Categorie 3Search
But for the moment all categories are display on the same level!
