Publicize – Output/Category Customization

One of my categories uses a shortcode in the post (it’s a gallery plug-in) so when it’s publicized to Tumblr, it shows the shortcode in the post. I’d like it so that it shows the title + link to the post. Or at least choose not to publicize that gallery to tumblr, but still be able to for twitter?
