List plugin for multiple instances

I am looking for a plugin that will list a multitude of content on one page. (i.e. after clicking on “Orlando, FL” heading, the next page will show content for different businesses in the Orlando area on that page) Another thing that would come in handy is if there was a way to set up a custom filter for users, so that they could filter the content shown on the page based on tags. Are there any plugins that do this effectively, or maybe one plugin that does both?
