change the 'wait' after submitting

Ive change the contact form just like i want to have it. changed it with custom css and the style itself, translated the thank you after sending and name to a diffrent language in the style.
but there is one thing i cant find in the style and that is the ‘Wait…’
that appears in the submit box after submitting.help would be appreciated ??
