What happened after canceling the membership?

It should have cancelled their subscription at PayPal as well. I’m going to test this on our dev setup to see if it’s happening there.

PMPro will typically send an email to the admin if it fails to cancel the subscription. Did you get this email?

I just received this email:

The membership for “Member” at Remix4Djs has been cancelled.

Account: “Member” (member email)

Membership Level: Monthly

Start Date: May 28, 2013

Cancellation Date: July 11, 2013

Hi Jeffry that means you can cancel the member.

I did not.
The Member cancel the account.
