Hashtag Permalinks are not working to me

The plugins seems working in the past properly, and actually if I write down the supposed url of the tag, works like a charm… but, I don’t know why its giving me this permalink structure https://www.interezting.com/activity/?s=%23hola instead https://www.interezting.com/?hash=hola that is proper url.

Any ideas?

P.S: I flushed so many times pretty permalinks and they are just postname. Also tried with twenty twelve, buddypress default, child default and two more themes.
