    Hi,

I don’t think I can, the pro plugin was purchased and installed by another developer and my client doesn’t have the logins to access any of the pro stuff.

    Thanks,

    James

do you still have an active subscription?

    Hi,

I didn’t purchase the plugin, another developer did and some time ago I think so I doubt it.

    Thanks,

    James

Hi James, unfortunately we can only help you with this sort of thing on the Pro forums. I’d suggest trying to contact your previous developer about this, or if you purchased the license (or he did it using your credentials) maybe we can help you if you contact us directly : https://wp-events-plugin.com/contact-us/

    Hi,

I’ll ask my client but I think it’s very doubtful they’ll have any details for them.

If we’re unable to contact him I guess my client will need to pay to renew the pro subscription? I presume there aren’t any known bugs with the coupon code?

    Thanks,

    James

Unfortunatly yes, as the license technically belongs to him.

I remember someone once having this issue, but it was due to custom code they were adding, not a bug in the plugin. that might be worth looking into (maybe it’s the same person!)

    Hi,

Okay no problem, I’ll have a chat with my client and get back to you.

    Thanks,

    James
