Events details( e.g. venue, address ) not updating when edited

    Good day! As roblagatta suggested, I’ve opened this thread regarding what I’ve found. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or just a mistake on my side.

    Here’s a simulation of what I did:

    1. I edit an existing event, specifically, I changed the address to a new one.
    2. Hit [Update], page refreshes and notified me that the Event was updated successfully.
    3. When I checked on the detail I’ve changed, it retained the old value, that it would seem that I didn’t even edit a thing.
    4. Double checked, refreshed the editor and the page where the event is displayed, nothing has changed.

    Could you check on this? It might be a problem for me sometime in the future.

    Btw, great update, past events are now shown perfectly!

    Apologies for the delay in my reply.

    I’ve just updated to your latest version and checked whether the issue is still there, and unfortunately the issue I’ve mentioned is still there.

    Hey Jarenz. Thanks for the note here; Jonah’s last day was Friday, but I wanted to follow-up in his stead to get you sorted here.

    Oddly, I just tried exactly the same steps you’ve reported here on a basic/stock install running the plugin…and I was unable to recreate it. Any changes I made to an existing event’s venue were immediate. When you say “specifically, I changed the address to a new one”…are you saying you pick a new item from the dropdown? Or do you actually manually enter a new address instead of the saved address that appears originally?

    I was unable to recreate in either situation, but I would be interested in hearing more so we can try to get this sorted. It’d be awesome if you could check whether it was a plugin/theme conflict by deactivating your other plugins and reverting to Twenty Twelve, if necessary. Thanks in advance!
