What i actuall want is…ONLY admins should be able to include PHP Polls in their POsts?

do u mean only admin can vote or post the poll?

yes..only admin should be able to post polls, where as all visitors/members can vote in the poll

yap,u can choose to log by ip or cookie or both

Where do i create polls here? while posting or some where else?

it is a plugin, just download and install to your wordpress?

i did, i get only parse error when i insert in the
wp-content/themes/default/sidebar.php

i want each blog POST by the admin to be associated with a different POLL, will it be possible with this poll in the sidebar?

i want something kind of the feature in PHPBB, where you can allow admins alone to create polls for each topic

you create many polls, take note of the poll id. In the post content just type [poll=<ID>] where <ID> is your that poll id, and it will integrate the poll to the post.

the poll.css doesnt have options to change font face and size and color ..how do i change them
