To place the chat on specific pages, you’ve to use the widget code instead of the plugin. First, please uninstall the plugin. After doing so, get the widget code from the dashboard located at https://dashboard.zopim.com/#Widget/getting_started
Copy the whole code, and then paste it to the html files where you’d like the widget to appear. For example, you want it to appear in contacts page, try to find the file that shows that particular page ( ea. contacts.php ). Open the file and paste the widget code there.
