500 Error on All Posts

    I’ve been building a theme for a client but all single post pages get a 500 Internal Server Error (the error page also says that there was an additional 500 error while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request).

    Both fancy permalinks and the standard permalinks create the problem.

    I have tried deleting, re-creating, and modifying the .htaccess files– all to no avail.

    Any help or insight anybody has would be very much appreciated.
