Dear members,

I have 2 problems in my wordpress site,
1. spam comments are entered and on daily basis, I have to delete these.
2. some changed my site title, how is it possible? I changed my admin user password. but want to know all the possibilities to do so.

Except that you are running an older version of WordPres looking at your site’s HTML and scanning it with SiteCheck doesn’t appear to have any problems.

You may be hacked, check if there are any new users that you did not register on your WordPress installation.

I am wondering how someone changed my site title?

the latest version of wordpress is 3.5.2 and this is my installed wordpress version.

there is no new user on my wordpress admin panel.

I am using nest theme

No. Your site is only running version 3.5.1. Five or more security patches were added to 3.5.2.

Activate Akismet and install https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/cookies-for-comments/

after installing Akismet the comments goes to spam.
