no comments in old posts and sync possible?

1) I’m not getting comment fields in old posts.
2) Does this plugin sync comments from the post-links on the Fb page to my blog post page? Like if I post an article on Fb and someone comments on it on my Fb page is there an option to have that comment go to the original post’s page on my blog?
