Want to Remove Grey Footer Bars completely from Premium Pitch Theme

Working with the Upgrade Premium Pitch and am wanting to keep the screens simple and completely eliminate the existing grey footer bars.

Have been able to eliminate all of the copyright and widgets from the footer but just don’t know how to get rid of the remaining empty grey bars from all pages.

Do not wish to have anything visible on the bottom of any of the pages….
Like the Pitch Theme for its Slider application just want to customize the theme to remove all reference to the Footer.

Any help would be appreciated.
