  • Hi Mark,

The vertical slides look pixelated because they’re being stretched (Nivo slider is responsive so the images will scale down (or up!) to fit the container they’re in).

Here is a source image: https://spectralight.nazmurrahman.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/lwlm_spokes0056_3323.jpg. It’s 468px wide but the slideshow is 711px wide.

I’d recommend updating the slideshow size and making it 468px by 585px. Warning: this will regenerate all the images and due to the amount of slides you have (about 100) your server might run out of memory. The setup you have is really pushing the boundaries of what Meta Slider is designed for (more of a ‘featured’ slideshow rather than a gallery replacement), and I’ve never tested a slideshow with 100 slides in it..

There is no black bar option, but you could try enabling ‘smart crop’, this should ensure all the slides are the same height, but it may crop the wrong bits off the photos.

    Regards,
    Tom
