Variable ticket pricing

Is it possible for me have an option where th ticket price is dependant on this option? Our community group has members who pay a yearly sub, and non members. When non-members enter, they have to pay a non-member surcharge.

I want a solution so that a question will say something like “Are you a a.member, b. non-member – and depending on that selection determines the ticket price. That or, if a user selects non-member, a surcharge is atomically added for temporary day membership as above.

Also, are there any ways of setting up an option for people to register with the site, so that it remembers their personal details when entering such as name, address etc?
