Using 8 Domains without multisite

Hello, without the use of wp multie site i have 8 domain names, i have simply copied all folders/files from my main website to the remaining 7. My intention was to alter the seo and page titles for each site seperatley but when i login to the admin for any of the websites it takes me to my main admin login.

1. can i just change the wp admin folder to give each website its own dashboard/admin?

2.without multiesite which has confused the hell out of me is there any alternative methods to achieve this?
