Urgent: WP page *and* wp-admin not available while configuring plugin

Hello,
My page https://www.rightkey.com was working well after WP launch. I was trying to optimize performance with W3, and all of the sudden the WP site is gone, and I can′t access wp-admin. Total mess!!
All I can see from the WP site is a page that′s redirected:
All other pages either give me 404 Not found, or they land at the old home page /index.php
Please help! thanks in advance
