Remove Blockqoute on bottom of pages

I was wondering if there is a way to remove the blockqoutes at the bottom of the page, I tried display none in the css but then all of them got removed.

I still want the one on the startpage and I want to be able to choose myself if I want to add them. Right now they are just there and I cant put any text in them at the bottom.
