Rich Snippet Errors

Hi i would like to add a rich snippet on my front page which is a static page.

i added a rich snippet to my front page but it isn’t showing.
Im also getting these errors when using google’s testing tool, any suggestions?

Error: Missing required field “updated”.
Error: Missing required hCard “author”.
