• Help! I just installed Gravity Forms PDF Extended 3.1.3. The install shows it was successful but my entire website is now gone. The front end; the back end; it’s all MIA.

Clearly I need to remove this plug in – how do I do that without a dashboard? Is there a way to do it via FTP?

  • Yep, you’ll have to do it via FTP. The plugin directory will be inside wp-content/plugins/.

Once you delete the directory, you should be able to refresh your WordPress admin, and the plugin will be deactivated.

For additional help with the issue, you should ask over at gravityforms.com.
