how to rename "home" on the landing page

Hi, sorry for the double post a few minutes ago, but I accidentally used the back button and then I could not remember if I alreay posted it or not. I tried to delete one of the threads, but that was not possible.

Since both threads are closed for answers now, and I still appreciate help, here is my question again:

I like this theme very much!
Now I have just one question: Is there a chance to rename the “home” in this theme? Without creating a new menu and stuff… I would like to have it plain and simple like it is just rename the “home”… on the site.
In which file could I look? I alreay checked the header php and functions and did not find anything
