Comment notification to users

In the comments section, they do have an option to be notified of follow up comments, with a check box to say notify me of follow up comments in the comment section. If they do they will be getting emails. Also please check if your site is configured to send emails.

I dont have that feature to enable this selection, any other way to do it.

Probably you should try https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/ or the Jetpack plugin by wordpress.
