Changing the bottom margin?

Hi!
Take a look at my site: https://www.leadingpractice.com/
We are using the Meta Slider as a small image rotator in the sidebar (just below latest tweets), but the bottom margin/padding is pretty large if I inspect the container.
How can I change this margin to be smaller?
