Permalink Help

    I checked the Permalinks Settings panel and and read the help but I’m still not clear how to customize.

    ? I’m building a website, not a blog that allows postings.

    ? I want the url of each page to be a word(s) (the page title but with no spaces; dashes are OK).

    How do I edit the permalink to make this happen?

  • Open an existing page (or create a test page) and look at the end of the page’s permalink where you can find a small button/link named Edit. Click on that and change the link as you like to have and click OK to save it.

    Ah! Yes. Permalink Settings > Custom Structure. Once I changed that on one page, I see all pages now use that format and display the Edit button next to each pages permalink. Thanks.
