sitemap is an HTML page

I received the following message from my Google webmaster tools account: “Your Sitemap appears to be an HTML page. Please use a supported sitemap format instead.” I am not certain what this means and how to fix it. Help would be greatly appreciated. My website is: https://www.seejanedrill.com
