Great plugin and something that should be native to WP anyway! Sitewide sidebar is so limiting!

I have successfully implemented the plugin on a new client site that we are developing, but for some reason it will not integrate with the blog posts page and I cannot figure out a solution.

I have used the multiple sidebars widget to implement in the main side bar of Twenty Eleven theme. When I add other widgets to this main side bar they show up on the blog posts page (which is dynamic now a static page), but the designated sidebar for that blog page does not show. Is there some sort of code clash that I need to resolve on a dynamic page? All blog posts are set to show on this page in the “readings” settings.

    See:

Thanks for any help and of course for this life saver of a plugin!

    OK.

I have managed to fix the issue.

It looks like WP designates a dynamic blog page as the “posts” page and as such in the Multiple Sidebar “options” area in the WPadmin menu, I need to activate my custom blog sidebar in the ‘posts’ page…

Funny how added a query to the support page always prompts me to find a solution on my own within five minutes…!
