Can't login on a PC (Windows 7)…works on a Mac

I’ve tried in IE, Firefox and Chrome. I get the login screen, but once I enter my credentials, I’m redirected to the homepage.
Works fine on my mac but not on my PC.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/hc-custom-wp-admin-url/
