Should I index my blog pages?

Hello,
I use WordPress SEO by Yoast for my blog https://www.techsurprise.com/. I noindex categories and tags I also disabled author and database archives. I use Google XML sitemap plugin for my XMLsitemap (check my settings at https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/google-xml-sitemaps-configuration-when-noindex-categoriestags?replies=1#post-4490569)
I was wondering if I should index or noindex my blog pages? I am asking because my Privacy Policy and Terms of service pages are not 100% unique since I generated them automatic . I beleive this is pretty understandable, but still this is duplicate content and I am worried if this might affect my ranking. My about us and contact us pages does not have a lot of information should I index them as well?
If I noindex my Privacy Policy page where is actually the information about double Dart cookies (which is adsense requirement) Does adsense still see that I added this information?
